What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address and order notes. That is the minimum needed to deliver your watch and confirm the payment.
How we use it
Your details are used only to process, confirm and deliver your order, and to message you about it on WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
Where it stays
Orders are stored on secure infrastructure behind HTTPS encryption and are visible only to the owner of Watch Dezez. The site itself is served over TLS (https), and payment instructions never ask you for card numbers - you pay directly through your own JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank app.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your order data, or ask us to delete it, at any time by messaging Watch Dezez on WhatsApp. Order details are kept only as long as needed for warranty and fulfillment purposes.
