Terms of Sale
Orders
Placing an order reserves the piece for you. The order is confirmed once the payment is received and acknowledged on WhatsApp. Prices are shown in PKR with an approximate USD equivalent; the final payment amount is the PKR price at the current exchange rate for international bank transfers.
Payments
We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer (IBAN for Pakistan, SWIFT internationally). Payment is always made directly by you through your own banking app - we never ask for card numbers or online banking credentials.
Shipping
We ship domestically and worldwide with insured, tracked parcels. Delivery times vary by destination; you receive tracking updates on WhatsApp.
Warranty
Every automatic watch carries a 1-year machine warranty covering movement defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage from misuse, or wear items such as straps.
Trademarks
All trademarks and logos shown anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are shown for reference only. Watches are sold as Watch Dezez pieces.
Disputes
Please message us on WhatsApp first - we resolve issues quickly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, matters are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
